Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd. founded in 1954. From 1969 It began to produce trucks. 2001 began to produce MPV. Now the company is China’s first-grade enterprise. The number of employees is more than ,6500, and the land area is more than 3,500,000㎡. The annual income has reached 26 billion yuan. The production capacity is 150,000 commercial vehicles and 400,000 passenger vehicles per year. It has two major brands, “Chenglong” for commercial vehicle and “Forthing” for passenger vehicle. The manufacturing process includes stamping, assembly, welding and coating. We boast heavy-duty equipment like 5000t hydraulic stamping, and produce body frame on our own. The assembly process adopt collection and allocation system for high-efficiency and precise operation. Automated mechanical convey and welding are adopted, with robot utilization ratio hitting 80%. Cathodic EP process is adopted to improve the body’s corrosion resistance, and utilization ratio of painting robot hits 100%.
